CareAR has receiving some reports that certain Android devices are encountering challenges with launching sessions. Upon attempt to join CareAR session the Android application crashes. The CareAR team is actively investigating this.
In the interim Android devices can join by web browser application.

The CareAR team has released an update to the PlayStore which should help affected Android users. Please make sure to update your Android CareAR Assist to the latest version available here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.CareAR.connect&hl=en_US&gl=US.

The CareAR team has no longer been receiving reports of challenges with Android devices. The CareAR team will continue to monitor this.

The CareAR team has been monitoring the reported issue and are no longer seeing reports of challenges with Android.
