The Instruct Analytics Dashboard provides in-depth view of Instruct usage for all your experiences. You can learn which experiences are most popular, how often specific experiences have been used, how much time users are spending on the experience, and the disposition of the users between logged-in users and anonymous guests.
To access the Instruct Analytics Dashboard, open the Admin portal and go to Analytics > Instruct.
Select Date Range
To analyze data over a specific period, you can select a date range for the period of interest. There are predefined selections for the last 7 days, 30 days, and 12 months. If you wish to look at a different period, click Custom Date and use the calendar to select the starting and ending date for the period of interest.
Top Experience Report
There is a selection to view the Top 5 or Top 10 experiences in pie chart format. This will show you the experiences that have the most sessions over the selected date range. To switch between the two views, simply click on Top 5 to view the top five experiences or select Top 10 to view the top ten experiences. You can hover your mouse cursor of any wedge of the pie chart to get information about the represented experience.
Experience Table Report
The experience table lists all the experiences with sessions over the selected period. By default, this table is sorted by the number of sessions in descending order. The table can also be sorted by Name or Permission type using the column sort button. Additionally, you can search any of these columns by using the search at the top of the table.
Average Time per Experience Report
The Average Time per Experience report lists the average total time that users spend in the experience over the selected period. Each bar on the chart represents an experience, and the length of the bar shows the average time duration. You can view all experiences by clicking through the pages. Additionally, you can use the drop-down selector to limit the view to specific experiences of interest.
User Type Report
The User Type report shows a breakdown of users who are accessing experiences based on the type of user, Guest vs. User. A Guest is an anonymous user who has not logged into CareAR when viewing an experience. A User is a logged-in user who is accessing experiences.
