SERVICE CONTINUITY
Will my CareAR service be affected by this change?
No. Customers using CareAR continue to use the service exactly as before. There will be no change to your service. You can continue to log in to CareAR via the web app or mobile app, and it will continue operating without interruption.
Are there any changes to my existing CareAR subscription?
No. There are no changes to existing CareAR subscriptions. You can continue to use CareAR as you always have.
PRICING & CONTRACTS
Will my pricing change because of this acquisition?
No. Your pricing will not change.
Will my contract terms or renewal dates be affected?
At renewal, we will have new contracts available under the ResolveGrid business entity. Your current contract terms and renewal dates remain in place until that time.
Will I need to sign a new agreement with ResolveGrid?
Eventually, yes. We will honor any current contracts moving forward. When it is time to renew your subscription, we will provide a straightforward process for transitioning to a ResolveGrid agreement.
ACCOUNT & DATA
Will my existing CareAR data, history, and configurations be preserved?
Yes. All your existing data, history, and configurations will be fully preserved. There is no change.
Will my login credentials change?
No. Your login credentials remain exactly as they are. No action is required on your part.
Who will have access to my data? How does this affect my data privacy and security?
There is no change. The same data privacy and security policies that existed before will continue forward under ResolveGrid.
Are there any changes to where my data is stored or how it is processed?
No. There are no changes to data storage or processing.
SUPPORT
Will the CareAR support team change? Who do I contact if I have an issue?
No change. You can continue to contact the support team at service@carear.com.
Will my existing account manager or customer success contact remain the same?
Yes, there is no change. If you are unsure who your account manager is, please send a message to service@carear.com and we will connect you with your representative.
Are there changes to SLAs or support response times?
No. There are no changes to SLAs or support response times.
