Overview
This article is intended to enable ServiceNow Certification Engineers and Technical Support members to insert existing CareAR Experiences into ServiceNow knowledge base articles.
Pre-requisites
1. CareAR ServiceNow Plugins 23.01.01 and above installed along with the CareAR Spoke, see CareAR Installation for ServiceNow – CareAR for instructions.
2. ServiceNow User Account must have the following role assigned to access the Experiences Table.

Implementation
- Log into ServiceNow
- Access Knowledge Base
- Create a new Knowledge Article or Edit an Existing Article
- Select ‘Insert Experience’ and select an experience from the resulting Pop-Up to be inserted into your Knowledge Article
- The QR code linking to the desired experience will be inserted into your Knowledge Article
