For some networks, a reduced connection option might be required where a smaller range of connection options is preferred over optimal network connectivity. This is handled through the process of Media Proxy using a limited set of servers and different set of ports to connect to the CareAR services.

How do I enable this Media Proxy on CareAR?
The tenant administrator will need to log into https://carear.app/#/admin to control settings of the tenant. On the My Company page you will have a section to configure your Media Proxy and Media Geofencing preferences. Note: that when changes are made to the media controls, users must log out and log back it to effect these changes.
