Overview
ResolveGrid provides an AI-powered troubleshooting platform that extends Jobber with grounded, step-by-step guidance and live expert support for field technicians — launched directly from the Jobber job they are working on.
This article is intended to enable field technicians and office staff to:
- Launch the ResolveGrid AI Agent from a Jobber job.
- Get AI-guided troubleshooting and escalate to a live expert when needed.
- Understand what ResolveGrid records back on the Jobber job.
Starting ResolveGrid from a Jobber Job

Getting Help in the Session
- Describe the problem and name the equipment you’re working on.
- Follow the agent’s guided steps — confirm readings or scan the equipment when asked.
- If you need a person, escalate to a live expert from the same session.
- When you’re done, end the session. The outcome is recorded on the Jobber job as notes.
| Note: If you click the link and see “Jobber plugin is disabled. Please contact your tenant administrator.”, the integration has been turned off for your workspace — contact your ResolveGrid administrator. |
What Is Written Back to Jobber
ResolveGrid adds notes to the Jobber job so the office and other technicians can see what happened:
| Note | When | Contains |
| Session started | A technician opens ResolveGrid from the job | Session ID, link to the session, start time (UTC), and who started it |
| Escalation | The technician escalates to a live expert | Escalation summary and details |
| Session transcript | The session ends | The AI Q&A transcript (very long transcripts are truncated to fit Jobber’s note size limit) |
Typical Day-to-Day Flow
Jobber job created/updated → Start ResolveGrid Live Help link added → Technician clicks → ResolveGrid AI Agent opens → AI guidance (optional live expert) → Notes back on the Jobber job
