Before starting a CareAR session, it is important to test whether you have sufficient network connectivity to hold a CareAR session. Included with CareAR Assist is the feature to test whether your network will be able to facilitate a CareAR Session with the current network configurations. The following is an annotated guide on how to use the test connection feature.
1. Select the ^ next to your initials at the top of the screen, in the submenu select help and feedback.
2. Within the next popup, select Test Connection, and then ‘Start Test’
3. The following popup will tell you whether your current network configurations will be able to facilitate a CareAR Session. You will be notified whether a direct connection or proxy connection passed the test.
