If following a recording of a CareAR Assist session, you encounter Recording Error 1, (example shown above) the recording cannot be properly deposited into your AWS S3 Bucket from our backend services. Please have your CareAR Tenant Admin navigate to CareAR Portal > Connectors > Amazon S3 and reconfirm the Amazon S3 Settings inputted are accurate. This may require additional effort by your AWS S3 Administrator.
