As a CareAR Tenant Admin, you have the option to configure, edit and manage Survey Questions within the CareAR Survey Builder. These questions are displayed to either Host users or Guest users at the end of each CareAR Assist Session. This article aims to outline how to configure and manage the different survey questions available within the CareAR Survey Builder.
To manage your CareAR Assist Survey question, log into the CareAR Portal with your admin credentials. Once logged in, navigate to Content> Survey Builder. Once there, you will see the list of CareAR Assist Survey Questions already configured for your Tenant, as well as the option to ‘Add New Survey.’
Add New Survey
To add a new CareAR Assist Survey question, select ‘Add New Survey’. You will be met with the following page:
Here you have the option to specify the Question, if the Survey Question is ‘Mandatory’ or ‘Optional’, what type the Survey question will be (Rating, Dropdown, Singleline, Multiline, Radio Button, or Rating(Thumbs)), and whether the Survey question is meant for the Host user or Guest user of the CareAR Assist Session.
The Rating Question type will offer a 5-Star rating selection in response to the specified Survey Question. Example Below:
The Dropdown Survey Question type will offer the user a selection of answers in a dropdown format. To configure each available answer selection, populate the ‘Additional Data’ with each answer delineated by a comma (,). Example Below:
The Singleline Question type will offer the user an input text box to allow the user to enter a single line of text input to offer feedback. Example Below:
Like the Singleline Question type, Multiline will also offer the user an input text box, in which the user can offer as much input as they’d like without the single line restriction. Example Below:
The Radio Button Question type will offer the user a selection of answers in which to select. To configure each available answer selection, populate the ‘Additional Data’ with each answer delineated by a comma (,). Example Below:
The Rating(Thumbs) Question type will offer the user with a Thumbs Up or Down selection in response to the configured question. Example Below:
Delete/Edit/Disable Existing Survey Questions
Each Existing Survey Question can be deleted, edited, or disabled within the Survey Builder, by hovering the mouse over the existing question and selecting the option to delete, edit, or disable that appears to the right of the question.
Analytics for your Survey Questions can be viewed within the CareAR Portal by navigating to Analytics > Surveys. Select the date range you are interested in while viewing your Survey Analytics, with the selection at the top of the page. You can also select the type of user you are interested in with the dropdown selection. You can select Host, Guest, or Host/Guest Survey Questions.
Once you have made your selections, quantitative data obtained from your surveys can be viewed graphically on this page. Example Below:
Additionally, an .csv file can be exported containing the full range of answers for the given date range by selecting Export. Within the resulting .xlsx file, you will be able to see all quantitative, as well as qualitative (Singleline, Multiline) answers for each survey question answered.
