CareAR has received a report from our SMS service provider, Twilio, that there are potential challenges with delivering SMS messages to Verizon phone numbers in North America. This will impact sending CareAR session invitations to Verizon based phone numbers. Twilio, is tracking this actively on their status page: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/8c4sjq7q5dnt. We will continue to monitor the SMS message delivery challenges to Verizon.
Workaround:
Invite via Email and Join by Code (how to available here: https://help.carear.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418182578199-Join-by-Code) are not currently impacted. If you are inviting an end user who may have a Verizon phone number using one of these alternatives is advised.

Our SMS Provider, Twilio, is still investigating with Verizon to understand why some SMS numbers are being delayed.
