Release 23.01 of CareAR for Salesforce delivers the following:
· Assist Integration
Agents within Salesforce Service Cloud can initiate a CareAR Assist session from a case by clicking on the CareAR button. This will automatically import the associated contact mobile phone or email to deliver an Assist invitation. When joined in the call, any photos captured are automatically attached to the case. Additionally, recording links and call details are attached to the case.
