Overview of Release 24.3

Release 24.3 of CareAR for Salesforce delivers the following:

· Removed Salesforce Field Service license dependency

New Features

REMOVED SALESFORCE FIELD SERVICE LICENSE DEPENDENCY

This maintenance release addresses a Salesforce platform issue that incorrectly created a Field Service Management (FSM) license dependency when CareAR for Salesforce was installed, even for organizations not using FSM.

· Change: To resolve this dependency issue, the CareAR integration buttons for the Salesforce Field Service mobile app are no longer included by default in the managed package.

· Result: The erroneous FSM license requirement is eliminated.

· For FSM Mobile Users: If you utilize CareAR within the Salesforce Field Service mobile app, the buttons will need to be manually re-enabled via a simple configuration process. Instructions are available in the CareAR documentation.
