Release 22.01 of CareAR for ServiceNow is an updated version that includes the following content:
Agent Workspace Support
ServiceNow users can now launch CareAR Assist sessions directly from the Agent Workspace interface. When viewing an object via Agent Workspace, there is now a CareAR button visible that can be clicked to launch a session. Agent Workspace is supported in ServiceNow FSM, CSM, and ITSM.
NOTE: In order to enable the CareAR button in Agent Workspace for FSM, there is an additional step required.
Streamlined Session Launch Process
Hosts will now have fewer clicks to start a CareAR session on a desktop or laptop computer. Several pop-ups have been eliminated to provide a more streamlined call start procedure and shorter time to begin a session.
Session Summary
At the conclusion of a CareAR Assist session a summary of the session will be automatically placed in the activity feed in the ServiceNow object where the call was launched from. This will include session start time, end time, duration, as well as participant join and leave times.
