Release 22.02 of CareAR for ServiceNow is an updated version that includes the following content:

CareAR for ServiceNow now works with the San Diego version of ServiceNow!
When a host initiates a CareAR session from ServiceNow, the mobile phone or email address of the contact is automatically pre-filled in the CareAR invitation screen. This allows the host to simply click Send Invitation to begin the call.
NOTE: This feature requires CareAR Assist v.22.02.002 or newer.
